Week 8- Post 3

 I felt like I was a judge on Breivik's case when reading about it. Determinism and free will were concepts I think I was already sort of familiar with, I was given a name to associate with them though and more details and science to go with. 

My questions are:

• How not-sane does someone have to go to a psychiatric ward instead of a jail?

• When someone is sent to a psychiatric ward for a crime, do they stay for life?
• how can someone be sure the person is actually sane when you let them out of the ward?
